Return & Refund Policy

If the product is received in a damaged form, please share a picture at farmerscastle.gfpindia@gmail.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund whichever possible. 

 Returns

If the received product in damaged or faulty we have a 48hr return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. We also do not offer return on seeds and soil/potting mix/cocopeat. We have taken special care to include high quality seeds. But germination of seeds is also affected by external factors beyond our control. Hence, we will not exchange or accepted as a return. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at farmerscastle.gfpindia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how, where to send your package and you will have to arrange for the return and its shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/replacement of your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
